Crash protection for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R

Developed and manufactured by Evotech Performance, this set combines crash protection mounted directly on the motorcycle frame with axle protectors for the front wheel.

Construction and materials

• Frame crash protection precision milled from a solid block of aviation grade aluminum
• CNC-machined bolts and spacers for precise installation
• Injection molded nylon heads on both sides of the front wheel
• Aluminum core in each axle protector for added strength
• Interchangeable nylon heads sold separately

Assembly

The frame crash protection attaches directly to the Kawasaki frame. For assembly, two existing bolts are removed and replaced with the included components. The stated assembly time is approximately 20 minutes.

The axle protectors are guided through the front wheel axle. According to the manufacturer, illustrated assembly instructions are available for download.
