The HINSON pressure plate supports a consistently operating clutch assembly on the 2021-2022 Kawasaki KX 450 (KX 450 J). Their design is designed to allow the clutch assembly to rotate more smoothly and to generate less heat when the clutch is disengaged.

Function and execution

The pressure plate is precision machined from T-6 aircraft grade aluminum and finished to aerospace tolerances. A hard coating increases wear resistance by five times compared to the standard version, with appropriate maintenance. This makes the design suitable for drivers who value a resilient and temperature-conscious clutch component.
