Kawasaki KX 250 F (KX 250 X) [2010] - Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs
Description
RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs for precise grip
The RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with robust titanium teeth. The concept supports a secure grip and a controlled foot position when demanding riding conditions require a reliable connection between boot and motorcycle.
Function and structure
- The base is made of CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.
- Hard anodizing supports the wear resistance of the footrests.
- The teeth are made of Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium.
- Interchangeable titanium teeth allow individual teeth to be replaced instead of replacing complete sets.
- The teeth, which are thicker than their steel predecessors, are designed to reduce wear on the boot.
Technical data
- Material: aluminum
- Color: Aluminum
- Weight: 160 grams per footrest
- Design: CNC-milled and hard-anodized aluminum base with replaceable titanium teeth
The footpegs were developed by the in-house R&D team and worked on together with RFX-sponsored riders. The combination of aluminum design and titanium teeth offers a balanced solution for riders who value grip, low weight and easy-to-maintain tooth construction.
