RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs for precise grip

The RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with robust titanium teeth. The concept supports a secure grip and a controlled foot position when demanding riding conditions require a reliable connection between boot and motorcycle.

Function and structure

  • The base is made of CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.
  • Hard anodizing supports the wear resistance of the footrests.
  • The teeth are made of Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium.
  • Interchangeable titanium teeth allow individual teeth to be replaced instead of replacing complete sets.
  • The teeth, which are thicker than their steel predecessors, are designed to reduce wear on the boot.

Technical data

  • Material: aluminum
  • Color: Aluminum
  • Weight: 160 grams per footrest
  • Design: CNC-milled and hard-anodized aluminum base with replaceable titanium teeth

The footpegs were developed by the in-house R&D team and worked on together with RFX-sponsored riders. The combination of aluminum design and titanium teeth offers a balanced solution for riders who value grip, low weight and easy-to-maintain tooth construction.

Vehicle assignment

Suitable for the Kawasaki KX 250 F (KX 250 X), built in 2010.

Factual note

The replaceable titanium teeth make it easier to specifically replace worn contact points. The individual footrest weighs 160 grams, combining a functional design with a low component weight.
