Protection for the air filter box during cleaning

The rigid air filter cover is installed in place of the air filter and closes the air filter box during cleaning. This protects the interior from dirt, dust, water or cleaning agents from entering the air filter box. This makes it easier to care for the motorcycle thoroughly without unnecessarily exposing the sensitive area around the air filter to these influences.

Function and sealing

For a secure seal, the lid is supplied with a fastening screw and a rubber seal. The combination of rigid lid, screw fastening and rubber seal is designed for use during the cleaning process. The cover is inserted in place of the air filter before the motorcycle and air filter box are cleaned.
