The complete front wheel from HAAN WHEELS is intended for the Husqvarna FE 501 in the 2020-2025 model year range. With a wheel diameter of 21 and a rim width of 1.60, it is designed for use on the front of the motorcycle.

Components and manufacturing

The Excel rims used are made in Japan from 7000 series aluminum alloy. The machined, one-piece hubs are made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy and are manufactured in the Netherlands on CNC machines. Anodizing of the hubs supports the defined design in black.

The stainless steel spokes are made from a special stainless steel blend and, according to the manufacturer, offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers are part of the described component base. Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping.
