The HINSON clutch scar is intended for the clutch assembly of the Honda CRF 450 RX Enduro (PE 07) in the full 2021-2026 model year range. It promotes smoother rotation of the clutch assembly and helps reduce heat generation when the clutch is disengaged.

Function and execution

The clutch hub is precision machined from T-6 aircraft grade aluminum. A hard coating increases wear resistance by five times compared to standard design, provided appropriate maintenance is carried out. This means that it is designed for a permanently resilient function within the clutch assembly.

Note on the coupling combination
