Give your 2016 to 2018 Honda CBR500R a distinctly sporty appearance while improving aerodynamic protection. The PUIG Z-Racing Screen combines aggressive lines with well-designed airflow management and everyday practicality.
Sporty shape with optimized airflow
The double-bubble profile directs airflow over the helmet and upper body. Side channels guide airflow outward to reduce air pressure around the shoulders. The shape was tested in a virtual wind tunnel and designed to provide a more favorable aerodynamic coefficient and improved rider protection compared with the stock screen.
The average increase in aerodynamic protection compared with the original model is 12.7% with an upright upper-body position and 61% in the racing position.

PUIG manufactures the screen using modern production processes and inspects its shape during quality control with an artificial vision system.
