Round H4 headlight for a CBR 600 F4i Streetfighter project

A CBR 600 F4i with an individually constructed streetfighter front has different requirements than the original vehicle design. This universal 7-inch LTD style headlight can serve as a selection option. It combines a black housing with clear glass and an H4 prism reflector, but is not described as a vehicle-specific conversion solution.

Check the Streetfighter front as an entire system

The decisive factor is the individual existing or planned holder construction. Compare the 200 mm mounting width and the M8 mounting with the actual components. The space requirements of the 138 mm deep housing must be taken into account, including connections and cable routing.

If the front is changed, instruments, cables, cables and steering stops must also be reassessed. Check the freedom of movement in every handlebar position as well as sufficient distances from the fork and tank. The connections of the CBR 600 F4i must be technically aligned with the H4 main light and parking light; a direct connection is not required.

The main headlight is E-tested. Nevertheless, the installation height, alignment, fastening and the admissibility of the complete Streetfighter conversion require testing on the specific motorcycle. Changes that have already been made can influence the evaluation.
