BOYESEN wheel membrane block for the Hm CRE 125

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block was developed model-specifically for the Hm CRE 125 built between 2005 and 2007. Its design combines optimized internal routing with variably flexible membrane plates and thus supports the controlled routing of the intake air.

The inlet system uses several technical approaches: Aerodynamic Surface Optimization improves the design of the interior surfaces, while Model-Specific Reed Petal Tensioning relies on model-specific membrane plates. Multi-Stage Reed Timing refers to the membrane plates with multiple opening stages. The hydrocarbon-resistant design of the coated membrane plates is designed for a longer service life of the seals.

Scope of delivery and assembly

The scope of delivery includes the intake manifold and the fastening clamps. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification.
