HM CR-F 125 X [2009-2010] - AFAM self-cleaning aluminum sprocket 428 with 62 teeth
Description
Self-cleaning 428 aluminum sprocket with 62 teeth
The AFAM rear sprocket combines a 428 chain pitch with 62 teeth. The self-cleaning design is designed to reduce accumulation of mud or sand on the sprocket. The design is therefore particularly aimed at areas of application in which the drive regularly comes into contact with loose ground and dirt.
Sprocket design
- Position: rear sprocket
- Material: aluminum
- Chain pitch: 428
- Number of teeth: 62
- Version: self-cleaning
- Design: Racing T4
The aluminum production combines the specified toothing with a design tailored to the motorcycle chain drive. The Racing T4 design characterizes the open, self-cleaning version. This design prevents mud or sand from permanently accumulating on the sprocket.
Vehicle assignment
The AFAM aluminum sprocket is assigned to the HM CR-F 125 X built between 2009 and 2010.
Notes on translation and selection
The number of teeth influences the secondary gear ratio of the motorcycle. With this sprocket the configuration is clearly set to 62 teeth. Before replacing, the existing number of teeth and the desired gear ratio should be checked.
The chain pitch 428 must match the chain and front sprocket used. For a technically coordinated chain drive, the pitch, condition and wear pattern of all components involved must be taken into account together. The product is designed as a rear sprocket and should not be confused with a front sprocket.
