Precise control for clutch and brake

The Evotech Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded lever edges support comfortable operation and a defined grip.

Folding mechanism and short design

If it comes into contact with a solid obstacle, the clutch lever can move upwards and then be manually returned to its starting position. A tensioned spring with bearings keeps it securely in position while driving.

The shorter brake lever sits with its ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. An integrated breaking point at the end of the ball also helps limit damage.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Red anodized reach adjusters
• Milled markings for clear position indication
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm ± 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and bracket connections are made of solid aluminum and anodized black. Millings on the back reduce the weight without unnecessarily compromising the structural strength.

CNC-machined stainless steel components, including pivot pins and locking clips, complement the lever construction. Levers and brackets bear Evotech Performance logos.

Assembly

The bracket connections are precision CNC machined to accurately accommodate the intended original components. This means that the set is designed for model-specific installation on the Harley-Davidson Nightster.
