Controlled lever feel for clutch and brake

The Evotech Evo Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, rigid two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges along the levers support comfortable and precise operation.

Folding mechanism and short design

• The clutch lever can move upwards when it comes into contact with a solid object and is then reset manually.
• A tensioned spring and bearing hold the clutch lever securely in its intended position.
• The shorter brake lever positions the end of the ball closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars.
• A defined breaking point is located at the ball end of the brake lever.

Six-way adjustable grip width

Both levers feature six-position red anodized adjusters. Milled markings indicate the level selected. The typical adjustment range is 17 mm at the center of the lever with a deviation of plus or minus 1 mm.

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and bracket connections are milled from solid aluminum material.
• Millings on the back reduce weight while maintaining strength.
• Black anodized surfaces permanently protect levers and bracket connections.
• CNC machined clevis pins and locking clips are made of stainless steel.
• The dimensions of the lever ball correspond to the legal requirements.

Assembly

The CNC machined bracket connections are designed to precisely accommodate the original components. Video instructions from the manufacturer are available for assembly.
