DUCATI 1098 [2007-2009] - Radial brake cylinder

The Brembo HPK 19 RCS radial brake cylinder is specially designed for street motorcycles and allows maximum responsiveness and perfectly modulated braking performance under all conditions of use. The excellent linearity between the force exerted on the lever and the braking reaction characterizes this high-quality replacement part.

This brake cylinder features Brembo's patented RCS lever center adjustment system, allowing the rider to find the ideal feel between motorcycle and rider. With a simple screwdriver, the braking system can be adjusted to be either more aggressive and reactive (20 mm) or softer and more modulated (18 mm) in just a few seconds.

The model uses a 19mm diameter piston and a long folding lever (LL), a feature particularly popular among racers and track enthusiasts. Brembo uses only the most modern processes to ensure excellent operability and performance. The main body of the aluminum alloy brake cylinder is made by forging and then processed by numerically controlled equipment.

For the surface refinement, an oxidation was chosen, which is normally used in MotoGP and Superbike. This not only guarantees improved performance, but also increased longevity and resistance to environmental influences.
