MALOSSI H2O cylinder-piston kit with Ø 67 mm

This MALOSSI cylinder-piston kit is designed for the Derbi Terra 125 Adventure from 2007-2013. The cylinder has a bore of Ø 67 mm and is machined on high-precision CNC machines. The piston-cylinder fit is 0.05 mm.

Cylinders and heat exchange

• Bore: Ø 67 mm
• With 47 mm stroke: 166 cm³ displacement
• With 58 mm stroke: 200 cm³ displacement
• Compression ratio: 12:1
• Newly calculated, extra large heat exchange surfaces

The cylinder is made of a high-silicon, refined and hardened aluminum alloy. Its inner liner has a silicon carbide coating on a galvanic nickel matrix. Cross-smoothing in two diamond steps ensures machining while maintaining very tight tolerances.

Pistons and piston rings

The weight-reduced and reinforced super-compact piston has three segments and extra-large heat exchange surfaces. It is manufactured on CNC machines from a special aluminum-silicon alloy that has low thermal expansion. A tin additive is used on the sliding surfaces.
