WRS Sport windscreen for the BMW S 1000 XR

This 4 mm thick Sport windscreen was developed specifically for the 2020-2026 BMW S 1000 XR. Its compact sports design is particularly well suited to daily urban riding and shorter trips. The carefully refined shape blends harmoniously with the motorcycle’s distinctive lines.

Material and riding characteristics

The windscreen is made from high-quality PMMA plexiglass, is 4 mm thick and has been tested to DOT626. It was designed to reduce airflow around the shoulders and helmet as well as disruptive turbulence. Despite its sporty design, it therefore provides noticeable wind protection.

Colour options

The Sport windscreen is available in three distinct versions:

• BM065FS: Dark tinted
• BM065NL: Gloss black
• BM065NO: Matt black

Installation

Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to a torque of 3 Nm.

Approval

An ABE is available for the windscreen. Before use, please check whether the 2020-2026 BMW S 1000 XR and the selected version are covered by the motorcycle and usage scope stated in the document.
