Sporty styling, precision fit and designed for everyday use: This sport windscreen, made from 3 mm thick PMMA acrylic glass, adds compact wind protection and a distinctive look to the 2014–2020 BMW S 1000 R.

Sporty wind protection

The compact sport version is particularly suitable for city riding and shorter trips. Its shape helps reduce air pressure on the shoulders and helmet as well as disruptive turbulence. The carefully tailored design blends harmoniously with the motorcycle's lines.

Material and versions

The windscreen is made from high-quality, DOT626-tested PMMA acrylic glass with a material thickness of 3 mm. It is available in three visually distinct variants:

• BM068FS: Dark tinted
• BM068GF: Yellow
• BM068NO: Matt black

Installation

The required installation kit, including all necessary screws, is supplied. Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to a torque of 3 Nm.
