Comprehensive Paris-Dakar conversion in Yellow 40th design

This extensive kit transforms the BMW R nineT into a touring machine characterized by the classic Paris-Dakar style. The shorter 22.5 liter tank changes the sitting and riding position, while the saddle, fairing parts, protective components, luggage solutions, handlebars and high silencer form a technically and visually coordinated overall package. The painted body panels are delivered ready to install with graphics under the transparent top layer.

Tank, seat and side panels

• Shiny black painted nylon tank with 22.5 liter capacity and decorations
• The shorter tank allows for a seating position that is further forward and reduces the perceived distance to the handlebars.
• With a stated average consumption of 17.7 km/l, this gives a calculated range of around 400 km.
• The original tank cap, fuel pump and activated carbon filter are retained; the reserve warning light continues to work.
• All brackets for attaching the tank are included. The conversion does not require any modification to the motorcycle and is completely reversible.
• Note: TÜV tested
• Comfortable, two-part bench with 850 mm seat height, corresponding to the original Urban GS
• The passenger part can be quickly removed using the included key to create additional luggage space.
• Molded ABS side panels in a matt black finish with decorations under the transparent top layer
• Side panels including mounting brackets, screws and anti-vibration brackets

Front, protection and ergonomics

• Fenouil windshield with ABS front fender, brackets, screws and assembly instructions
• Raised headlight bracket for models where the headlight sits lower than the Urban GS
• Mounting the front kit without making any changes to the motorcycle
• Removable headlight guard that is installed without machining the original parts
• Attention: not approved for road traffic
• Heavy-duty steel crash bar with double side protection tube; Tube diameter 25 mm, wall thickness 2 mm
• Highly durable powder coating and construction that allows most maintenance without disassembly
• Compatible with aftermarket and OEM guards and cylinder head covers
• Ergo handlebar made of steel with a continuous 22 mm diameter, crossbar and matt black epoxy powder coating
• Handlebar height like the original, but with a more relaxed grip position; compatible with heated grips
• Yellow handlebar pad with Unit Garage logo, 23.5 cm long and 6 cm in diameter
• Pair of CNC machined handlebar ends in glossy black including two M12 mounting screws

Rear and luggage solutions

• Passenger handles made of steel with matt black epoxy powder coating, can also be used to attach bags or luggage straps
• Compatible with Unit Garage saddlebag frames and original BMW saddlebag frames
• ABS rear fender with specially developed aluminum license plate holder and integrated LED light
• Modular design: License plate holder and indicator holder can be dismantled for alternative positioning.
• Plug-and-play wiring via connectors, without soldering or modifications to the original wiring harness
• Rear fender including stainless steel screw set; Can also be mounted with the original seat and with or without a pillion frame
• Aluminum luggage rack plate with matt black epoxy powder coating to expand the loading area when the pillion seat is removed
• Luggage rack plate including mounting screws and non-slip rubber feet

High silencer

• Handcrafted high silencer with stainless steel connection and titanium end piece in Moto GP style
• About 2.8 kg lighter than the original and with a removable DB killer
• Mounts on the original anti-vibration mount with the pillion frame installed
• A separate high bracket is required for mounting without a pillion frame.
• Homologated for road traffic; full homologation report
• Carbon fiber heat protection is not included.

Bags and decorations

• Hand-sewn cotton canvas and leather tool bag; open 20 × 36 cm, rolled 20 × 10 cm
• Handcrafted tail bag made of Italian full grain leather with nylon thread; 200 × 280 mm, height 150 mm
• All parts required for assembly are included in the tail bag.
• Additional stickers with special UV-resistant protective film, suitable for attachment to the paint or under clear varnish
• Assembly material and video instructions for the decors are included.

Compatibility and assembly

The kit is designed for the BMW R nineT Roadster and R nineT Pure. The included heavy-duty crash bars are compatible with all R-nineT models from 2017 including Euro 5 models. The components are supplied with the brackets, screws and assembly instructions mentioned.
