WRS Sport windscreen for the BMW R 1200 R

Compact sporty styling with functional wind protection: The WRS Sport windscreen was developed for the 2006-2014 BMW R 1200 R. Its carefully refined shape complements the motorcycle's lines and is designed to reduce turbulence around the helmet and wind pressure on the shoulders.

PMMA plexiglass in three versions

The windscreen is made from high-quality, DOT626-tested PMMA plexiglass. Depending on the selected version, the material is 3 or 4 mm thick:

• Clear – BM046T, 4 mm
• Dark smoke – BM046FS, 4 mm
• Matt black – BM046NO, 3 mm

Protection and styling

The compact screen shape combines a sporty appearance with additional protection from oncoming airflow. This protection benefits both rider and passenger and enhances comfort on longer journeys.

Bracket and installation

The Sport windscreen is compatible with the original frame for the low Sport windscreen. The screws required for installation are included. Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to 3 Nm.
