Precise control for the BMW R 1200 GS

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a controlled lever feel.

Folding mechanism and compact brake lever shape

• The clutch lever can move upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle and can then be manually returned to its starting position.
• A preloaded spring with bearing holds the clutch lever securely in its normal position.
• The ball end of the non-folding short brake lever is closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the outer end of the handlebar.
• A defined breaking point at the ball end of the brake lever complements the design protection features.

Six-way adjustable grip width

Both levers feature a red anodized six-position adjuster. Milled markings make the selected step visible. The typical adjustment range is 17 mm at the lever center with a tolerance of plus or minus 1 mm.

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and connecting elements of the brackets are milled from solid aluminum material.
• Millings on the back reduce the weight without sacrificing structural strength.
• CNC-machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips complement the construction.
• Lever and bracket connections have a durable black anodized finish.
• According to the manufacturer, the dimensions of the ball ends comply with legal requirements.

Assembly

The CNC machined bracket connections are designed to precisely hold the original components. This means that the set can be mounted to the existing controls in a vehicle-specific manner.
