Complete front conversion in classic rally style

With the PRO GASTON Kit, the entire front of the BMW GS can be fundamentally changed. The original beak and headlight are removed and the original radiator is moved in front of the engine. This creates a more compact front with borrowings from the legendary R 80 GS and a design that can be either classic, radical or racing-inspired.

Gaston windshield

The windshield adapted for this kit takes up the design language of the R 80 GS. It is made of special resin and MAT with carbon fiber reinforcements and has a matt black and transparent finish. Due to its compact dimensions, it is not intended to be mounted with the original instruments, but with the digital instrumentation included in the kit.

Handlebar risers and headlight frames

• CNC machined handlebar risers made from high-quality aluminum alloy

Headlights and lighting

The optical unit corresponds to that of the BMW R 1200 R model and offers high performance when driving at night. The adjustable headlight comes with wiring and two H11 bulbs.

Digital instrumentation

Digital instrumentation replaces the original dashboard. The kit includes the attachment to the unit garage headlight frame and the ring for the instrument. The black case measures 73 mm in diameter and 41 mm in height.

Radiator relocation

The included kit allows the original radiator to be relocated in front of the engine. It includes the necessary rubber hoses, connectors, clamps and new radiator brackets.

Assembly instructions

The digital instrument is universal and was not developed exclusively for a specific motorcycle model. In addition to the instrument manufacturer's instructions, Unit Garage provides model-specific instructions to make assembly easier. A specialist company is required for installation; Online support for assembly is not available.
