PUIG R-Racer screen for the BMW M 1000 RR

The R-Racer screen combines PUIG's competition experience with a design tailored to the BMW M 1000 RR of the 2025 model year. With a height of 300 mm and a width of 330 mm, it is 40 mm higher than the original disc. Its shape was studied in the virtual wind tunnel to improve aerodynamic efficiency compared to the standard screen and to direct the wind over the helmet and shoulders.

Developed for sporty aerodynamics

PUIG developed the R-Racer product line based on its many years of work with MotoGP and WorldSBK racing teams. The pane contour is designed for good visibility and optimized air flow. Thanks to the 40 mm higher height compared to the original, the wind is directed more specifically away from the driver's head and shoulder area.

Robust and precisely manufactured construction

The disc, developed and manufactured in Barcelona, is made of 3 mm thick, highly impact-resistant acrylic. This material allows for a lightweight, durable and long-lasting design. The 2 mm rounded edge meets the relevant safety requirements of the German TÜV. A camera-based inspection system supports quality control during production.

Assembly with the original screws

The R-Racer disc is attached with the existing original screws. Additional attachments or edge edging are not required for installation.

Available versions

The lens is available in clear, tinted, heavily tinted and black versions. This means you can choose the look that suits your motorcycle and your personal preferences.
