The Pro Race steel and friction disc clutch kit from NEWFREN is intended for the Beta Xtrainer 250 2 T from the 2022-2025 model year range. The combination of friction and steel discs supports a precisely coordinated clutch unit for sport-oriented use.

Function and execution

The Pro Race friction discs use a friction material consisting primarily of cellulose, resins and carbon, among other components. The resulting very high coefficient of friction and the lower compressibility of the material are designed to ensure stable operation of the clutch.

The special disc design improves oil flow. This allows the discs to work more efficiently. The combination of materials and the structural design increase the stability of the coverings even under demanding operating conditions.
