RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footrests for Beta RR 430 4 T Enduro Racing

The RFX Pro Series footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with robust titanium teeth. When driving in difficult conditions, the pronounced teeth support a secure grip on the foot and controlled vehicle guidance.

Function and execution

The footpegs were developed by the in-house R&D team and worked on together with RFX-sponsored riders. Their construction combines the strength of titanium with the clean design of an aluminum footrest. The replaceable titanium teeth allow individual teeth to be replaced when required in use, rather than replacing the entire footrest.

The design, which is thicker than the previous steel teeth, is designed to reduce wear on the boot. The base is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and then hard anodized. This gives the surface a design that is designed to be wear-resistant. The footrest weighs 160 grams each.
