Manual adjustment kit for the electronic Öhlins fork

This conversion kit for the 2019-2022 Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 converts the adjustment of the stock electronic Öhlins fork to precise manual tuning. This allows the key suspension parameters to be adjusted mechanically, enabling a personalised fork setup to be developed, particularly for racetrack use.

Manual suspension tuning

After conversion, three key parameters can be adjusted directly and mechanically. This enables the fork to be tailored with particular precision to the riding style and track conditions.

Compatibility and installation

The kit may only be used on models equipped with an electronic Öhlins fork as standard. It is designed for the Öhlins FL 935 fork; the fork itself is not included. Before ordering, the code on the fork leg must be checked against the required version.

Proper installation requires suitable tools for removing the fork cap and sound technical expertise. Otherwise, installation should be carried out by a suspension technician or a suitably qualified specialist workshop.
