The racing disc is manufactured in Barcelona using the most advanced technologies from highly impact-resistant acrylic with a thickness of 3mm. This guarantees a strong, light and durable product with a rounded edge of 2mm that meets the safety requirements of the German TÜV. Each disc goes through a strict quality control process with an artificial vision system to ensure it arrives at the customer in perfect condition.
