Aprilia RSV1000 R [2004-2008] - Evo clutch and short brake lever set

Precise control with a well thought-out protective function

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring and bearing hold it securely in its normal position. It can then be reset manually.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo short brake lever positions its ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design protection features.

Individually adjustable

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Red anodized adjusters
• Milled markings to indicate selected position
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm ± 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever

Material and workmanship

• Lever blades and holder connections made from milled solid aluminum material
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Weight-reducing cutouts on the back while maintaining strength

Scope of delivery

Included is a set of folding Evo clutch lever and short Evo brake lever with the associated holder connections and adjusters.

Assembly

The CNC-manufactured holder connections are designed to precisely hold the original components and support uncomplicated installation.
