PUIG Z-Racing screen for the APRILIA RS 457

Sporty lines, targeted airflow and precise integration: The PUIG Z-Racing screen was developed for the APRILIA RS 457 [2025]. Its more aggressive shape highlights the front of the motorcycle while improving aerodynamic protection for the rider.

Sporty design with functional airflow

The window is 30 mm higher than the original and retains the sporty design of the vehicle front. Characteristic Z-shaped side channels direct the airflow past the side of the driver. This increases comfort both when driving sportily and on longer journeys.

PUIG has designed the screen to provide improved aerodynamic protection without compromising the appearance of the motorcycle or significantly changing its aerodynamic coefficient.

High impact acrylic

The Z-Racing screen, developed and manufactured in Barcelona, is made of 3 mm thick, highly impact-resistant acrylic. The material combines low weight with shock resistance, UV protection and high transparency for good visibility.
