Compact two-stroke silencer for the Yamaha YZ 125

The PRO CIRCUIT silencer was developed as a full race two-stroke silencer for use on closed race tracks. Its compact, short-body design is designed for racing performance gains and offers a sport-oriented solution for the Yamaha YZ 125.

Structure and function

The muffler body is made of brushed 6061 T6 aluminum. The design features double-walled mounting brackets and connects selected components using TIG and MIG welds. This production supports a resilient design for the intended racing operation.

Maintenance-friendly design

Attaching the cap with hex screws allows quick access to the silencer. This allows the insulation to be easily repackaged if necessary, which is designed to extend the product lifespan.

The silencer is assigned to the Yamaha YZ 125 (CE 16) for the years 2022 to 2023. The homologation is “Track use only”: The product is intended exclusively for racing on closed tracks.
