Handcrafted titanium manifold with visible welds

This titanium exhaust manifold kit was developed for BMW R nineT models up to and including 2020 with EURO 3 or EURO 4. The catalyst-free design combines a significant weight reduction with the characteristic color development of titanium.

Material and execution

• Hand-made titanium exhaust manifold kit
• Version without catalytic converter
• Visible welds
• 3.2kg lighter than the original
• When warm, develops the characteristic “titanium blue” color

Function

The manifold is designed to improve overall engine performance. No remapping or modification of the engine control unit is required for use.

Exhaust flap

If the original exhaust flap is to be removed, the flap eliminator provided must be purchased separately.

Compatibility and approval

• For BMW R nineT Pure and other compatible R nineT models up to and including 2020
• For EURO 3 and EURO 4 models
• Not approved for road traffic.
