AXP Xtrem Skid Plate for the GAS GAS EX 450 F

The AXP Xtrem Skid Plate was developed for the GAS GAS EX 450 F from 2021-2023 and protects the underside of the motorcycle with a well-thought-out PE-HD construction. The protection extends over the entire frame area to under the footrests and therefore covers an extended area of ​​the chassis.

Function and protection areas

The construction completely encloses the water pump and also protects the deflection system. Below the deflection, the protection reaches a total of 16mm thanks to its additional material thickness. This covers the components mentioned in a particularly stressed area of ​​the underside of the motorcycle.

A practical advantage is apparent during maintenance work: the oil filter can be changed and the oil drained without removing the skid plate. This makes it easier to carry out this work and saves an additional dismantling step.
