The BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 membrane block is tailored to the KTM 250 EXC Factory Edition from 2017. Its aerodynamically designed intake construction combines a flow-optimized inner surface with model-specific carbon slats. As a result, the system supports efficient intake, optimized acceleration and higher peak performance for this specific motorcycle model.

Function and construction

• The casing is 100% aluminum.
• Aerodynamic inner surfaces support the flow-optimized guidance of the intake air.
• Four aerodynamic directional dividers distribute the incoming charge at an angle evenly and without loss of flow.
• The model-specific slat tension is designed to be variable and tailored to the respective model, year of manufacture and displacement.
• The slats are made of aerospace carbon material, are rubber coated and fuel resistant.

Technical equipment

The RC2 diaphragm block is designed as a solution tailored to the intake system. The fuel-resistant, rubber-coated slats support a long-lasting seal. The scope of delivery includes a carburettor bellows clamp and a gasket. No modifications are required for assembly.
