The BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 membrane block with carbon slats is tailored to the KTM 125 EXC SIX Days from 2017. Its design, tailored to the respective model year and displacement, combines a flow-oriented intake duct with model-specific membrane slats.

Flow-optimized design

The housing is made of 100% aluminum and has an aerodynamically designed interior surface. Quadruple aerodynamic directional dividers distribute the intake flow flowing in at an angle evenly. The construction is designed for efficient air flow without loss of flow.

Carbon membrane slats for the coordinated intake system

The variably pre-tensioned membrane slats are model-specific and are made of aerospace carbon material. A rubber coating and fuel resistance support a long-lasting seal. The multi-stage membrane control is part of the RC2 system and supports the intake characteristics tailored to this motorcycle.
