BOYESEN wheel membrane block for KTM 300 EXC SIX Days

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is a model-specific intake system developed for the KTM 300 EXC SIX Days from the 2007-2016 model year range. The system was designed to guide the intake air in a targeted manner and to support the engine's response behavior via optimized intake flows.

Function and construction

The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum and has an optimized inner surface. A 4-way diffuser supports the guidance of the air flows and helps to avoid pressure losses in the intake area. The model-specific membrane plates work with variable flexibility and are made of aviation-grade carbon.

In addition, the membrane plates are provided with a hydrocarbon-resistant rubber layer. This design supports a longer service life for the seals. Developed for competition use, the RC2 diaphragm blocks optimize intake air flows for greater efficiency, power and pulling power.
