BOYESEN wheel membrane block for Husqvarna TE 300 Special Edition

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block - KTM/Husqvarna is developed as a model-specific intake system for the Husqvarna TE 300 Special Edition, built in 2014. Its design combines an optimized internal surface with a 4-way diffuser that optimizes air flows and avoids pressure losses.

The variable flexibility of the model-specific membrane plates is designed for multi-stage opening behavior. The hydrocarbon-resistant rubber coating supports a longer service life for the seals. With this intake system, BOYESEN also uses aerodynamic surface optimization that is tailored to the inner surfaces.

Assembly and scope of delivery

The scope of delivery includes the intake manifold and the fastening clamps. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification.

The system was developed to optimize intake air flows as well as the interaction of power, torque and elasticity on the motorcycle. The RC2 version was developed for competition use and is designed for improved pulling power.
