BOYESEN wheel membrane block for Yamaha YZ 250 X

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block was developed as a model-specific intake system for the Yamaha YZ 250 X. Its design combines an optimized internal flow with model-specific membrane plates and thereby supports the optimization of power, torque and elasticity.

Assembly and scope of delivery

Intake connection and fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification.

Design of the inlet system

Aerodynamic Surface Optimization takes the internal surfaces of the system into account. In addition, Model-Specific Reed Petal Tensioning and Multi-Stage Reed Timing ensure a model-specific design of the membrane plates with multiple opening stages. These features optimize the intake air flows and support better pulling power on the Yamaha YZ 250 X.
