RFX Pro clutch cover for Yamaha YZ 250 F

The RFX Pro Series clutch cover is designed for the Yamaha YZ 250 F (CG 18), built in 2004. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc, supporting lower oil temperatures during long races. Especially in muddy or sandy conditions, the additional oil volume creates more thermal reserve for the clutch.

Function and construction

The clutch cover is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. The construction allows for light, thin areas and combines low weight with high strength. The deeper profile is 1.5 mm and supports improved oil circulation in the clutch area. This reduces the load on the clutch during intensive use and frequent use.
