The MALOSSI cast iron cylinder kit ø 57.5 with pin ø 15 is designed for the Vespa PK XL Rush 125 built in 1988-1989. The cast cylinder combines a newly calculated cooling surface with a construction for use in urban and sports areas. The kit is designed for longer loads and supports high torque and powerful acceleration even on steeper slopes.

Structure and function

The reinforced piston is made of high silicon aluminum alloy. Two self-lubricating piston rings made of lamellar cast iron have a rectangular cross section and a low-noise profile. The version with 7 openings and a hemispherical head is tailored to the specified performance range.
