Protection for the rear trailing arms on the POLARIS RZR XP 1000

The AXP rear trailer arm guard was designed for the POLARIS RZR XP 1000, built in 2024, developed. The symmetrical design surrounds the rear trailing arms and thus protects the internal components of the rear wheels.

Function and construction

The guards consist of a welded assembly with 8 mm thick HDPE parts. A height-adjustable plate limits the projections on the front wheels. If necessary, this plate can also be provided with a rubber lip.

HDPE is 30 to 40% lighter than its aluminum equivalent. The material does not absorb shock and returns to its original shape after impact. In addition, it does not generate any vibrations and contributes to a high level of driving comfort.
