Function and construction

  • The base is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and is hard anodized for high wear resistance.
  • Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium is used in the teeth and provides grip and wear resistance.
  • Interchangeable titanium teeth allow individual teeth to be replaced instead of changing the entire set.
  • The teeth are thicker than the previous steel teeth and therefore reduce wear on the boot.
  • The sweat-free design ensures a crisp, clean look.
