The RFX Pro Series Titanium/Aluminum Footpegs combine a lightweight, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy base with durable titanium teeth. The concept is designed for secure support and controlled foot positions when riding in demanding conditions.

Function and construction

• Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium teeth support high grip and wear resistance.
• The titanium teeth are replaceable, allowing individual teeth to be replaced instead of a full set.
• Thicker than the previous steel teeth, the design is designed to significantly reduce boot wear.
• The base is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and is hard anodized.
• Each footrest weighs 160 grams.

Development and execution

RFX developed the footpegs through its in-house research and development team and in collaboration with RFX-sponsored riders. The construction combines the strength of titanium with the design of an aluminum footpeg, providing a clean, sweat-free aesthetic.
