TECNIUM air filter cover for cleaning the air filter box

The rigid TECNIUM air filter cover is installed in place of the filter when the motorcycle and especially the air filter box is cleaned. It closes the air filter area during this process and prevents dirt, dust, water and cleaning agents from entering.

Function and attachment

The lid is designed for a secure seal. To attach it, it is fixed with a screw. A rubber seal supports the tight seal on the air filter box and keeps the above-mentioned contaminants away during cleaning.

Practical use

Before cleaning, the filter is replaced with the lid and the lid is attached using the included mounting screw. This means that the air filter box remains closed to the above-mentioned influences during cleaning. Once cleaning is complete, the lid is removed again so that the filter can be inserted.
