AXP Xtrem underrun protection for the Fantic XXF 250

The AXP Xtrem underrun protection with linkage protection protects the underside of the Fantic XXF 250 in demanding off-road use. Its construction covers the housings, the frame, the footrests and the linkage. This provides the central underside of the vehicle with a continuous protection solution for areas that are stressed when driving over uneven terrain.

Function and structure

The underrun protection is made of high-density polyethylene plastic. The PE-HD used combines a material thickness of 8 mm with a weight of 1.5 kg. Compared to aluminum, HDPE is 30 to 40% lighter. In addition, the material does not generate any vibrations and does not absorb any shocks.
