Function and construction
The HT clutch works in the opposite way: the unit connected to the crankshaft is the inner hub, while the outer bell does not perform this function. The construction is intended for racing use and supports efficient power transmission.
- Pressure plate on thrust bearing for precise actuation
- Aluminum bell as part of the clutch construction
- Cover of the block with oil collecting channel
- Aluminum discs with 8 teeth larger version
- Adjustable clutch spring force
Translation and coordination
The POLINI HT racing clutch enables the selection of the appropriate primary toothing to adapt the gear ratios. The version with Z=23 and helical gearing uses the original primary pinion concept. Spare parts from the POLINI catalog allow later adjustment by replacing the primary gear. The gearshift is designed for precise and smooth gear changes.
