Aluminum cylinder for Vespa LX FL 150 from 2012 to 2018

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder ø 63 pin ø 14 4-stroke is designed for use in the Vespa LX FL 150 in the 2012-2018 model year range. With a bore of 63 mm, 58.6 mm stroke and 182.67 cm³ displacement, it forms the technical basis of this big-bore cylinder.

Piston and ring package

The ultra-compact 3-ring piston is made of a special aluminum alloy with high silicon content and low thermal expansion. There is a tin coating on the sliding surfaces. The piston is reduced in weight and reinforced; the heat exchange surfaces have been improved.

The ring package includes a nitrided and chrome-plated steel I-ring, a special cast ring and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy. Installation is carried out exclusively with the Force Master 2 control unit.

Suitable for Vespa LX FL 150, built between 2012 and 2018. The product is intended exclusively for racing in specially designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities. No liability is assumed for improper use.
