Well thought-out components

HAAN WHEELS manufactures its wheels with selected components for off-road use. The Excel rims used are made in Japan from 7000 series aluminum alloy. Precision-machined, one-piece hubs made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy are made on CNC machines in the Netherlands and are anodized. Stainless steel spokes made from a special stainless steel blend provide 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes.

Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability. Each wheel set is hand-assembled by experienced professionals in the Netherlands and carefully tested before shipping.
