Vespa PX E Arcobaleno 150 [1981-1997] - racing clutch with Z22 sprocket straight teeth
Description
POLINI racing clutch with Z22 sprocket for Vespa PX E Arcobaleno 150
The POLINI HT racing clutch combines reverse functionality with an adjustable clutch design. With this design principle, the part connected to the crankshaft sits as an inner hub rather than an outer bell. The version with Z22 pinion and straight teeth is designed for targeted coordination of the primary gear ratio.
Function and construction
- Pressure plate on thrust bearing for smooth operation
- Aluminum bell as part of the clutch construction
- Aluminum discs with 8 reinforced teeth for power transmission
- Adjustable spring force to adapt the clutch characteristics
- Straight toothed primary gear with 22 teeth
The reinforced aluminum discs support effective transmission. The spring force can be adjusted to the respective tuning. In addition, the system allows the selection of different primary gear teeth to fine-tune the translation. The variant described here has a Z22 pinion with straight teeth.
Vehicle assignment
Suitable for the Vespa PX E Arcobaleno 150, built between 1981 and 1997.
Technical note
The POLINI HT clutch is designed for precise and smooth shifting. The primary gear is intended as a replaceable element of the clutch design and allows for later adjustment of the gear ratio with a suitable design.
