The POLINI HT clutch is designed for racing use and uses a reversed functional principle: the inner hub is connected to the crankshaft, while the outer bell does not take on this function. The design concept supports coordinated power transmission in the clutch area.

The aluminum discs, which have been enlarged by 8 teeth, are designed for efficient transmission. The clutch spring can be adjusted so that the actuation can be tailored to the respective application. By choosing the right primary gear, different gear ratios can also be implemented.

Technical selection

The straight-toothed Z23 pinion is a specific toothing option within the POLINI-HT clutch system. The gearshift works precisely and smoothly, thereby supporting effortless gear changes. For later adjustments, the clutch can be modified by replacing the primary gear.
