RFX Pro clutch cover for Yamaha WR 250 F

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the Yamaha WR 250 F (CG 36) from 2015. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc, supporting lower oil temperatures during long races. The additional amount of oil helps to relieve the load on the clutch, especially when driving in muddy or sandy conditions.

Function and construction

The lid is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. Manufactured from a solid block of aluminum allows for slim, lightweight areas and combines low weight with high strength and durability. Compared to a standard cover, the robust design helps protect against damage from stones, rocks, footrests and brake pedals.

A durable Akadize surface treatment increases abrasion resistance against boots and grit. This means the surface remains resilient even with regular use and maintains its long-lasting appearance.
