PowerFlow Kit for a sealed and maintenance-friendly airbox

The TWIN AIR Powerflow Kit was developed for the KTM 500 EXC F from 2024. It starts with the connection between the air filter and the airbox: a leak-proof, precisely fitting seal creates the basis for the air filter to be able to reliably fulfill its task.

Function and design features

The heart of the kit is a rigid, lightweight aluminum cage. It replaces the standard plastic cage and supports a stable alignment of the air filter in the airbox. The design is tailor-made for the respective application and improves the sealing surface between the filter and airbox.
