Sporty lines meet purpose-developed aerodynamics: The PUIG Z-Racing Windscreen gives the 2014 to 2018 Honda CBR650F a distinctive racing character while improving wind protection over the original windscreen.
Developed for sporty wind protection
The double-height contour directs oncoming air over the helmet and upper torso. Side channels guide airflow outward, reducing air pressure around the shoulders. Compared with the original model, the average improvement in aerodynamic protection is 12.7 % with an upright upper-body position and 61 % in the racing position.
PUIG evaluates the shape in a virtual wind tunnel, focusing on the aerodynamic coefficient and rider protection. The windscreen is 30 mm taller than the original and combines sporty styling with everyday functionality.
